FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you make announcements at your events?
Yes, all of our DJs act as the MC for every event that we do, especially for Weddings. We also interact with the photographer(s), catering company, and other wedding coordinators so that everything runs smoothly for you and your guests.
Can you play music for my ceremony which is outdoors or at a separate location than the reception?
Absolutely! It is common for us to provide our ceremony setup which includes a small discreet speaker system and a wireless handheld microphone for the officiant if needed. We just require that an electrical outlet is available within 30 feet of the ceremony area.
Do you charge for setup time?
No, we only charge for the time that we are actually playing music.
Do you offer games or special entertainment?
Yes! For many of our events we offer you the choice to have interactive games or game-show style trivia for everyone to enjoy! For example, at Weddings we often play the “Newlywed Game” or for Sweet 16’s we offer “Musical Boys,” a fun twist on musical chairs for all ages.
Do you play requests?
Absolutely. We can take a pre-made playlist before the event and acquire all of your requests beforehand, and we will take requests from family and friends while we are playing. If there is an internet connection available, we can download any song on the spot for virtually endless music choices!
What do I need to reserve my Wedding/Event date and your services?
Once we have spoken via email or telephone and we have confirmed availability for your date, we will send a contract with all of the legal details concerning your secured reservation. From there, a $100 deposit is required to secure the contract and your date.
Is tipping/gratuity required?
Gratuity is not required, but if you feel that your DJ has done a good job, tips are always appreciated!
Do you travel outside of the Phoenix/Tempe area?
Yes, we offer State-wide service and can travel to your event location for a low fee. We have done events anywhere from Sedona, Flagstaff, Tucson, Maricopa, Surprise, Prescott, Safford, Cave Creek and more.
